The reprocess subcatchment menu option undertakes flow processing for only those DEM pixels within a certain subcatchment. After selecting this menu option, moving the cursor over a specific subcatchment should cause it to become hatched in yellow. Clicking with the left mouse button will initiate flow processing for the selected subcatchment.
