The inspect contour elevation menu option allows you to interrogate the contours database to determine the elevation tag for a selected contour line. Use the left mouse button to select a contour line. A dialog box will pop-up indicating the recorded elevation for the selected contour line. The selected contour line will temporarily be displayed in red.
