The Delete All Subcatchments Smaller than X Pixels will automatically delete all subcatchments smaller than a user-defined area.  After selecting this menu option a dialog will appear prompting the user to specify the pixel size threshold.  The area must be specified as a number of pixels. That is, areas specified in hectares, for example, are not currently supported.
